In August 2010, HOPE started a Basic Health Unit (BHU) in Hub, Balochistan with the collaboration and support of Asia Petroleum.  The population in this area is largely underserved and lives without electricity, access to clean water, and sanitation facilities.  In 2022, HOPE served over 12,000 patients at this facility. Our BHU fills in the medical needs of this community by providing the following services:

• Child care

• Ultrasound facilities
