HOPE's Education Network
HOPE has been implementing innovative solutions to the educational crisis facing Pakistan through its network of Formal and Informal (Home) Schools. HOPE’s educational system consists of three Formal Schools and 200 Home schools scattered throughout Pakistan. Combined there are 11,000 students enrolled, 80 percent of whom are girls who otherwise face many barriers to attaining an education.
3 Formal Schools

HOPE has established three Formal Schools throughout Pakistan which provide 2,000 students a quality education to high school levels:

200 Informal (Home) Schools

HOPE has implemented the novel approach of Informal, or Home Schools in rural and remote areas of Pakistan. Currently, HOPE’s informal school network consists of 35 Home Schools dotted throughout Azad Kashmir (mountainous terrain) and 165 Home Schools in rural Karachi, interior Sindh, Thatta, Badin, and Sanghar (rural areas). Altogether, 9,000 students are enrolled in HOPE’s home schools and 80 percent of those are girls who otherwise face many challenges to obtaining an education.
